Article 2 – Applicability- These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Graveerheer and to every distance contract concluded between Graveerheer and the consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed before the distance contract is concluded that the terms and conditions are available for inspection at Graveerheer and that they will be sent free of charge to the consumer as soon as possible at the consumer's request.

Article 3 – Every offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to properly assess the offer. If Graveerheer uses images, these are a true representation of the products offered, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Graveerheer.
Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer. This concerns in particular:

the method of payment, delivery or execution of the agreement;
the price including taxes;
any delivery costs;
the manner in which the agreement will be concluded and the actions required for this;
the period for accepting the offer or the period for adhering to the price.

Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 3, at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.
If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Graveerheer will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer can cancel the agreement. If the agreement is concluded electronically, Graveerheer will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, Graveerheer will take appropriate security measures.Graveerheer will send the following information to the consumer with the product, in writing or in such a way that it can be stored by the consumer in an accessible manner on a durable data carrier:
the manner in which and the address where the consumer can submit complaints;
the conditions under which and the manner in which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, or a clear statement regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. This period commences on the day after the consumer receives the product.
During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging to Graveerheer, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Graveerheer.

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the return costs will initially be borne by them. Graveerheer will reasonably determine whether the return costs will be borne by the product. This will be determined solely in consultation with customer service.
Article 7 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

If the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal, this can only be excluded by Graveerheer if Graveerheer has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in good time before the agreement is concluded.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
which have been created by Graveerheer in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
that are clearly personal in nature;
which by their nature cannot be returned;
which can quickly become outdated;
whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
for products whose original packaging cannot be resealed;
for audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal.
Article 8 – The Price

All prices shown include VAT.
During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products and/or services offered will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.
By way of exception to the previous paragraph, Graveerheer may offer products whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence, at variable prices. This subjection to fluctuations and the fact that any stated prices are target prices will be stated in the offer.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
- A guarantee arrangement offered by Graveerheer, manufacturer or importer does not affect the rights and claims that the consumer can assert against the entrepreneur in respect of a shortcoming in the fulfilment of the entrepreneur's obligations, on the basis of the law and/or the distance contract.
Graveerheer guarantees that the products comply with the agreement as determined in the offer.
Article 10 – Delivery and Performance

Graveerheer will take the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer provided to Graveerheer during the ordering process or before the order was shipped to the consumer.
Subject to the provisions of Article 3 of these terms and conditions, Graveerheer will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon or the consumer was notified of this upon concluding the agreement. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified of this no later than one month after placing the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement free of charge and return the products already received to Graveerheer in a reasonable condition.
In the event of termination in accordance with the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after termination.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Graveerheer until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In the event a shipment cannot be delivered correctly due to incorrect address information provided by the consumer, Graveerheer is not liable for any delivery delays. Graveerheer may also charge a fee for re-delivering the shipment as a result.
Article 11 – Payment

Unless a later date has been agreed upon, amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within fourteen days of placing an order. If the consumer fails to do so, Graveerheer may cancel the order without notifying the consumer.
The consumer has the duty to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to Graveerheer.
Article 12 – Complaints
Graveerheer has a sufficiently well-publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Graveerheer fully and clearly described within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints submitted to Graveerheer will be answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Graveerheer will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.
Privacy policy
Graveerheer respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will only use this information for other purposes with your permission. Graveerheer will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in processing your order.
