Packaging of our products

We have two different shipping options: regular letter post or PostNL parcel service.

We package our products in well-protected bubble envelopes. Once you have received the shipping confirmation, the envelopes are also with PostNL. They will then usually arrive in your mailbox within 1-3 days. This does not have a track & trace service. If you would like this, you can tick this box on the order form. You will then receive an additional surcharge on your final bill.

These shipments will be sent via PostNL's parcel service. If you don't expect to be home, you can use the PostNL app to indicate where the package should be delivered, for example, to a nearby parcel point. You will, of course, automatically receive a track & trace number by email from the parcel service.
